Welcome to the online pre-class for GAIL Research and Prospect Management. We are excited to offer this form of training to users and look forward to working with you! Please view the “Welcome” module to get started, along with the next video modules. The estimated time of completion for this training is less than 30 minutes, however, it contains the most important information for using GAIL as major gift or annual giving officer.
Once this course has been completed in the eLC, we look forward to seeing you in class via Microsoft Teams* or in-person! If you have not completed this training before the morning of your class, you will be asked to register for the next available session.
*If you have not used Microsoft Teams before, we recommend going ahead and downloading the tool and logging in. Also, as a reminder, you must have access to the 02 Restricted Group of the VPN in order to access GAIL. Please follow the links below for assistance.
